5 x 5 - all sets heavy 

3 sec down 2 sec in bottom position

 

B) 15 min EMOM

1 – 15 pull ups

2 – 15 OH Squat @ 40/30

3 – 15 Burpee

 

Scale reps if required - 225 reps to complete workout

 

C) 3 x 10 strict T2B
