A) 10 mins practice;

Kipping/Butterfly Pull ups or Bar/Ring Muscle ups

 

B) 16 min AMRAP in pairs;

10 Alt KB snatch @24/16

10 Box jump @ 24/20

Partner A completes AMRAP while Partner B completes a 300m run (weather dependant). Swap over on completion of run and take over where partner finished.
