30 min EMOM

 

Min 1) 40 sec row/bike

 

Min 2) 40 sec DU or 60 DU (which ever comes first)

 

Min 3) 40 sec high hang squat snatch 30/20 (concentrate on tekkers)

 

Min 4) AMRAP burpee bar touch

 

Min 5) rest

 

Complete 6 rounds as active recovery 😜

 

Then stretch........ a lot!
