A) not for time - 40 strict pull ups

Every time you break complete 10 tricep dips

 

B) For times in pairs (you go, I go)

250m plate run 20/10

50 OH plate lunges

250m plate run

50 syncing down ups

250m plate run

50 power cleans @ 60/40

250m plate run

 

Both complete the run every time however, only one person carries the plate.
