B) 3 x 3 Hang snatch @ 80%

 

C) 10 min accending ladder

1 KB swing 24/16

1 Box jump 24/20

1 HSPU

2 KB swing 

2 Box jump

2 HSPU

3 KB swing

3 Box jump

3 HSPU

Keep adding 1 rep each round until 10 minutes is complete for score.
