Min 1 - 1 deadlift + 20 DU

Min 2 - 2 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 3 - 3 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 4 - 4 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 5 - 5 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 6 - 6 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 7 - 7 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 8 - 8 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 9 - 9 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 10 - 10 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 11 - 11 deadlift + 20 DU 

Min 12 - 12 deadlift + 20 DU 

 

Barbell @110/77.5

 

If you are performing single unders still do no more than 20 reps.

 

Go until you finish the 12th set or you cannot complete the reps in the allocated time.
